Job Duties

  • Clean dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Maintain organization of the dishwashing area and disposal of waste
  • Follow health and safety regulations including proper sanitation procedures
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or sanitation issues to supervisors
  • Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
