Job Duties
- Clean dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Maintain organization of the dishwashing area and disposal of waste
- Follow health and safety regulations including proper sanitation procedures
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Report any equipment malfunctions or sanitation issues to supervisors
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
