Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical labor including standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- no prior restaurant experience required but preferred
- willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation guidelines
- follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment
- work collaboratively with team members to meet the needs of the kitchen
- manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
