Job Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces, to comply with health and safety regulations
assist kitchen staff by promptly supplying clean dishes and utensils to support food preparation and service
follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment
report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management to ensure continuous operation
