ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment
physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to follow health and safety regulations
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
reliable transportation

Job Duties

provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
follow local health department laws
stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
