Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift heavy items safely
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene standards
- Team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean dishes/wares drying properly and not wet stacked
- Pancake guns disassembled, cleaned, and put away
- Clean dish area hand sink
- Clean all walls and stainless surfaces
- Drain and clean all sinks
- Drain, power off, and wipe down dish machine
- Sweep, scrub, squeegee all floors and clean out drains
- Take out all trash and boxes
- Dish racks organized and cup dollies clean
- Area reset for tomorrow: glass racks
- pans for silver/ramekins
- Prepare sanitizer buckets for tomorrow
- Clean out mop sink
- Brooms, dust pans, and squeegees stored
