Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Physical capability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines including use of personal protective equipment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized
- Assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Lift and carry heavy items safely up to 50 pounds
- Wear protective gear and follow safety protocols consistently
- Support team efforts in fast-paced, high-demand situations
