  • ability to stand and move about the restaurant for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • focusing on team and guest needs in all decisions
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
