Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
  • Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
  • Support team by maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen and work areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
