Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- Support team by maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen and work areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
