Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
- Clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
- Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
- Check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
- Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
- Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
- Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
- Follow local health department laws
- Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
- Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
- Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
