Job Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Reliable and punctual
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic communication skills

Job Duties

Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
Clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
Check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
Follow local health department laws
Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
