Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or dishwashing preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform repetitive tasks
- must be able to follow instructions and maintain standards
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- experience in a dishwashing or similar sanitation role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good team player with communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- support team by maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
