Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitary procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
- Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
