Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned varying by account, based on business necessities and client requirements
