- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware
- Carefully wash by hand and operate washing equipment safely and skillfully
- Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and thoroughly cleaning kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cook surfaces
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins when over three quarters full
- Keep the wash area organized
- Participate in special and deep cleaning projects
- Help maintain overall cleanliness in the kitchen
