Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- ServSafe Sanitation certification required
- 1 year experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Ability to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with toxic cleaning chemicals and sharp objects
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to move freely in a multi-floor building
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English
Job Qualifications

- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions
- Ability to work as a team player and maintain a professional appearance at all times

Job Duties
- Clean all dishes, glasses, and pots/pans, and ensure work areas and kitchen are always kept clean and organized
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment during club functions/events
- Maintain storage areas and refrigerators in kitchen and keep pots and dish storage organized as directed by Chef
- Clean floors and mats nightly, and wash walls and refrigerators weekly, or as directed by Chef
- Empty trash as needed and at the end of every shift
- Clean the outside trash room as needed or as directed
- Work together as a team with other co-workers and all departments
- Use the correct chemicals and amounts as described in the charts posted on equipment use
- Abide by the policies and procedures as outlined in the F&B Kitchen Employee Manual
- Other duties as assigned
