The General Utility / Dishwasher position includes maintaining cleanliness by scrapping and pre-rinsing dishes, washing pots and pans by hand or machine, completing prep work, and handling trash disposal. Additional duties include cleaning various surfaces such as work tables, walls, and kitchen equipment, as well as assembling, maintaining, and breaking down dishwashing machines.
