Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Provide clean and sanitized plates, glassware, and other kitchenware for employees and guests
  • Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment following safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keep dish area clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Participate in Islands Culture of Respect promoting inclusion among employees
