Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle long periods of standing and heavy lifting
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to tolerate significant temperature changes and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions
- Possession or ability to obtain valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and communication purposes
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
Job Duties
- Washing and cleaning tableware, kitchen, and cooking equipment
- Keeping dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Stocking the kitchen with clean tableware
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock, and kitchen
- Handling chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards
- Assisting in food preparation and other duties as requested
- Ensuring guest and team safety through sanitation practices
