Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- strong attention to detail and work ethic
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- physical stamina and endurance
- adherence to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- ability to tolerate significant temperature changes and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions
- possess or obtain valid food or alcohol certification as required by state law
- ability to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing for safety and communication
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- reliable transportation
Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware and kitchen equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- stock kitchen with clean tableware
- maintain cleanliness of dish and work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock and kitchen
- handle and use chemicals and dishwashing machinery safely
- assist in food prep and other duties as requested
- ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
