Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic food preparation skills considered a plus
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty trash from the kitchen and other areas
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- Focus on team and customers ensuring decisions always consider both
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
