Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly
- sanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standards
- remove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flow
- assist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allows
- ensure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- communicate with kitchen managers and BOH teammates to support shift execution
