Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
  • wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly
  • sanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standards
  • remove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flow
  • assist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allows
  • ensure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • communicate with kitchen managers and BOH teammates to support shift execution
