Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and team member and guest touch points
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen support areas

- assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
- support kitchen team with other cleaning tasks
- ensure timely completion of dishwashing to support restaurant operations
- cooperate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
