Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures below freezing, refrigerator temperatures, and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely manner
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
- follows and ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
