Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Sanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standards
- Remove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flow
- Assist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allows
- Ensure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Communicate with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support shift execution
