Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
  • Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly
  • Sanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standards
  • Remove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flow
  • Assist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allows
  • Ensure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properly
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • Communicate with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support shift execution
