Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Collaborate well with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times
