Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and effectively
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual washing equipment
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen support spaces
- Ensure all kitchenware is ready and available for food preparation and service
- Assist kitchen staff as needed during peak hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment
