Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is advantageous

- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- wash and sanitize plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment
- store and rack all cleaned items appropriately
- maintain spotless and sanitized restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- support team by maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment
- assist in waste management and kitchen organization
- report maintenance or safety issues to management
