Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to hustle
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and busy holidays

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dish machine or by hand
Maintain clean dish area, floors, and trash bins throughout your shift
Ensure the dish machine is properly cleaned, maintained, and filled with correct chemicals
Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their proper areas
Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, prep stations, and other back-of-house areas as needed
Follow all health and safety standards (temperature checks, sanitizing procedures, etc.)
Support cooks and prep team when needed, especially during rush hours
Take out trash, mop floors, and close down the dish area properly at the end of the shift
