Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Commitment to making an impact
Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in hot and damp environments
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Ability to use small tools and cleaning equipment safely

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and back-of-house areas
Assist in general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out the trash
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow health and safety guidelines and wear protective gear as required
Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and moving items as needed
Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
