Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of relevant restaurant dishwashing experience required
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Patient and able to stay positive under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
- Flexible weekend availability
- Must be available to work closing shifts from 11am to 7pm

- One year of previous restaurant dishwashing experience required

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the restaurant as needed including kitchen and dining areas and remove trash
- Clean and sanitize dishes following established procedures including dish machine monitoring
- Practice proper wash rinse and sanitizing methods using 3-compartment sinks
- Clean and sanitize restrooms bathrooms as needed using established practices
- Clean and maintain hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions injuries and accidents to supervisor
- Assist in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
- Help with general maintenance of equipment building and storage spaces
- Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and trash areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
