Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • friendly and able to smile while working
  • able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • able to follow dress guidelines and present a neat, clean, and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
  • use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • safely operate all equipment
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
  • carefully sort dishware and flatware to avoid loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • handle glassware and dishware to minimize breakage
  • empty trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
  • help maintain kitchen storage cleanliness and stock
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • smile and be friendly while working various shifts
