Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions

- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- must be disciplined and self-motivated
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- friendly and able to smile while working
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to follow dress guidelines and present a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to avoid loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- handle glassware and dishware to minimize breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- help maintain kitchen storage cleanliness and stock
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- smile and be friendly while working various shifts
