Job Requirements
- must be willing and able to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- work nights, weekends, and holidays
- stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
- handle extremes in water and air temperature
- safely transport items on slick and uneven surfaces
- safely transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs
- transport dishes, bus tubs, and/or trays within the kitchen including stairs
- safely move about in all restaurant areas
Job Qualifications
- ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- capability to work variable and flexible schedules
- physical stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to perform in limited physical spaces with variable ventilation and temperature
- safe handling of items in a fast-paced environment
- experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all food service utensils, glassware, plate ware, pots, and pans
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- inspect dishes for cleanliness and damage
- safely transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs
- assist kitchen team with operational needs
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
