Job Requirements

Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift heavy dishware and kitchen equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Compliance with sanitation and safety protocols
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar dishwashing or cleaning role preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Good team player with effective communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
Support kitchen and service staff by timely cleaning duties
Follow team member wellness practices
Uphold high health and safety standards
