Job Duties
- Ensure all pots, pans, utensils, and plates are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing machine and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Support team members by maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude
