Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- sort and stack clean dishes
- ensure all kitchen utensils and dishware are sanitized and ready for use
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- comply with health and safety regulations
- restock supplies related to dishwashing and cleaning
