Job Duties
- knowing, maintaining, and executing the assigned station in all aspects including cleanliness, organization, and forward progress
- offering aid to other stations once the assigned station is clean and on task, including packaging production and sanitation tasks
- general upkeep of building appearances and safety practices such as shoveling snow, sweeping, mopping, and dispersing melting salts
- communicating timely and thoroughly with management concerning dish room situations or concerns, including equipment malfunctions and improper procedure execution
- performing other duties as assigned
- complying with USDA and HACCP programs
- following allergen management program
- completion of a closing cleaning checklist for the dish room
