Job Requirements

- Availability to work flexible schedules including Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons

Job Duties
- Scrub pots, pans, and dishes to perfection, ensuring every item is spotless
- Rinse, clean, and organize dishes from the restaurant, kitchen, and party rooms
- Help set up and tear down private dining rooms and off-premise catering events, carrying plates and pans like a pro
- Keep the dish room clean, safe, and organized, following all restaurant practices
- Pitch in with general upkeep, like sweeping, mopping, or shoveling snow to keep the building shining
- Complete closing cleaning checklists to leave the dish room ready for the next shift
- Communicate equipment issues or policy concerns to management quickly and clearly
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the restaurant
