Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- no prior criminal record that restricts employment

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- ensure all team member and guest touch points are wiped down and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen floors
- assist with unloading and organizing deliveries
- follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- support kitchen staff by promptly removing dirty dishes and replenishing clean ones
- adhere to company sanitation and safety standards at all times
