Job Requirements

Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and fellow employees
Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds

Prior experience in a dishwasher or steward position preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Assist in set-up, operation and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior
Wash, store and stock plate ware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares
Clean and maintain the dishwashing machine correctly
Keep the dish machine area clean and sanitary
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Continuously stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
Bend, stoop, lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
