Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- capability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- good communication skills
- attention to detail in cleanliness and safety
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and properly
- empty kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including preparing Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customers in all decisions
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
