Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety protocols
Flexibility to work on short notice and during busy periods
Good communication skills
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
