Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work on short notice and during busy periods
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
