Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- food handler certification
- must be 18 years of age or older
- good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- team player attitude and willingness to assist others
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Food handler certification
- must be 18 years of age
- must display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
- stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
- sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
- clean bathrooms
- retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
- clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
- clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
- clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
- perform any duties specified by the management team
- always follow company safety policies and guidelines
- assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs
