Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- manage waste disposal and recycling tasks
- assist kitchen staff as needed during service
- ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are stored properly
- report any maintenance or safety issues in the kitchen area
