Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- working as one kitchen by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of signature cheddar bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- focusing on the team and guests with every decision
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
