Job Description
Riverside Eats + Drinks is a dynamic and energetic food and beverage service team operating at the Carlson Center in Fairbanks, Alaska. We manage hospitality services for a wide variety of events including concerts, comedy shows, Nanooks Hockey Games, Solid as a Rock Fighting Championships, Alaska ComiCon, the Fairbanks Holiday Marketplace, and numerous other exciting community events. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus but not required
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- availability to work evenings weekends and varied event schedules
- strong work ethic
- ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Scrapes rinses and loads dishes and utensils into dish machine
- washes and sanitizes all pans utensils and dishes
- cleans sanitizes and maintains dish machine
- unloads dishes and utensils from dish machine and organizes them properly into their designated areas
- hand washes specialized equipment and returns it to its proper area
- empties trash containers regularly
- assists with unloading deliveries prep work and other tasks as they arise
