Job Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
  • wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
  • receive deliveries and properly store perishables while rotating stock
  • use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
  • inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, re-scrub and re-wash soiled items
  • breakdown dirty bus tubs and maintain trashcans and dumpster areas
  • clean and mop assigned departmental areas and dispose of glass and recyclables properly
