Job Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces, to comply with health and safety regulations
  • assist kitchen staff by promptly supplying clean dishes and utensils to support food preparation and service
  • follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment
  • report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management to ensure continuous operation
