Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and trash compactors
- Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries and properly store and rotate perishable products
- Use chemical detergents, sanitizers, and rinse solutions for dishwashing
- Inspect, stack clean articles, and return dirty items for re-washing
- Empty trash bins and maintain garbage storage areas
- Sweep and mop assigned areas following safety policies
