Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy dishware and equipment
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a dishwashing role is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and store clean dishes in proper locations
- Assist kitchen and wait staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Support team members to help maintain smooth kitchen operations
