Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role beneficial but not required
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- willingness to assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty kitchen and other area trash receptacles
- support cooks with food preparation, including making Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on the team and customers in every decision
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
