Job Duties
- Wash all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Store and stock cleaned items to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain cleanliness
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining staff
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
